Freelance Filmmaker 6K commission

Cultural Producers Beyond Face are looking for a Freelance Filmmaker for their project 'The Elephant in the Room' which is part of the Mayflower 400 commemorative cultural programme. This is a not-for-profit film, created in place of a piece of theatre, that will challenge the Mayflower’s narrative addressing colonialism and an imbalance of power. There will be a ‘soft-launch’ release in the Autumn for an online sharing, followed by public screenings in early Spring 2021. Beyond Face CIC is a performance company based in Plymouth whose mission is to raise the profile and visibility of People of Colour in the Arts.
