Our team of Learning Experience Designers use creativity, exceptional writing skills, technical expertise and knowledge of learning science to create bespoke digital solutions for companies across the world. Building on several successful graduate journeys, we’re once again looking for extraordinary graduates to join the team.
The role…Right from the start, you’ll experience the range of learning theories, technologies, and creative approaches we use to help people learn and grow. Supported and guided by your team, you’ll develop the knowledge and tools you need to succeed in your exciting future career with Sponge. We’re a collaborative bunch, so you’ll help to shape innovative solutions that solve our clients’ problems. Working to challenging deadlines, you’ll write scripts and storyboards for interactive content, animations, videos and games. As a true team player, you’ll work with visual designers, video directors, animators and developers to bring your ideas to life. This is a client-facing role, so we’ll help you to develop into a skilled facilitator, professional communicator and confident presenter. At the end of your journey, you’ll be ready for anything!

A Bachelors’ degree

Location...Plymouth, Devon. Due to current guidelines, we’ll support you to work from home until we all come together in the office again. Once back in the office, we would ask that you come in for 2 or 3 days each week where possible to get the benefit of training and collaboration with the wider Creative teams.
