Salary: £11,127 to £12,087 (£22,255 to £24,174 FTE) per annum. Starting salary will be £10,907 (£22,255 FTE) per annum.

We are looking for a talented and proactive individual to become a vital member of the College’s Technical team. This post sits within the Multimedia Lab specialising essentially in Photography with Film knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of general and commercial photographic practice with the possible addition of Film knowledge and have some experience of teaching and/or demonstrating in an educational context. The candidate must have sound photographic skills, be comfortable working in the studio and be familiar with using the relevant software applications used in photographic production. You will be required to keep your knowledge up to date, liaising with staff to ensure that right skills are being delivered in order to support the students’ wider studies.
Essential skills:
Thorough understanding of technical aspects of photography and possibly Film.
Experience of studio set up and lighting skills
Thorough understanding of photographic production from capture through to post production and print output
Mac-literate, with sound knowledge and experience of using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
Good communicator & team player
Organised and able to multitask
Desirable:
Familiarity with high-end digital production using medium format digital camera equipment and specialist software such as Capture One
Experience with shooting HD video using DSLRs and editing using Adobe Premiere
Experience of using blog platforms and social media marketing
